There are fewer chances for your admission. Till then you can wait for the list of selected students issued by the dept.

No, they will release a list of cut-off percentage. If your class 12th percentage is above the cut-off, you can go for counselling. However, getting more than the cut-off percentage does not secure a seat. It depends on number of students going to the counselling and number of seats available.
