With this percentage, it's quite difficult to get a good university aboard for Masters in journalism.
If you have a good percentage in class 12th then with your SOP letter, IELTS/TOEFL score, there could be a chance.
You need to consult with a particular country education consultant for this query and get the right direction.

For LLM program, you have to complete 3 years of LLB program after completing BA English honors program. Then, you will become eligible to apply for LLM program.
