In the first semester of a BA LLB course, the New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth offers the subjects that can make the foundational base for the students that can help them to learn about Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Legal methods related subjects in depth. Some of the subjects that are included in the curriculum are General English, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, and Law of Torts including motor vehicle accidents and the Consumer Protection Act.

The BA LLB course at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth is a combination of the subjects related to Bachelor of Arts and Law. The curriculum includes several subjects related to Arts, such as Political Science, Sociology, and Economics, and the other side for Law related subjects, the curriculum has long list, some of the subjects are, Family Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Company Law, Law of Crime and many more. New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth may have seats for SC/ST candidates as per the rules of state or central government. The school provide relaxation in eligibility to SC/ST candidates. NLC BVP BA LLB minimum aggregate requirement for candidates belonging to these categories is 40%. Moreover, aspirants must hold the valid category certificate. New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth accept students for BA LLB courses on the basis of entrance exam scores. The university accepts BVP CET scores for admission to the programmes. Apart from this, candidates are required to qualify for the basic eligibility criteria prescribed by NLC BVP, i.e., candidates must qualify for Class 12 with at least an aggregate of 45% and 40 % for SC & ST students. Yes, New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth offers a five-year BA LLB programme. To secure a seat in the integrated course based on entrance exam scores i.e., BVP CET. Additionally, it is also necessary that aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements, i.e., Class 10 and 12 or equivalent exam pass with at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). The eligible students can fill out the application form to apply.

The last date for the BVP CET entrance examination passed, was on July 27, 2024. Hence, candidates are not able to apply now for admission to the BA LLB course. However, candidates who have secured a valid score in BVP CET are eligible to apply. The university is not accepting a new registration for the BA LLB course. However, if a candidate is an 'existing user' and has secured good scores in the entrance examination. So, they can get admission based on those scores.
