A pass in Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards is required to apply for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. Additionally, Jindal Global Law School shortlists aspirants for BA LLB (Hons) course based on LSAT India score. The total seat intake for BA LLB (Hons) is 300. Candidates will be granted final admission based on their eligibility and LSAT India score.

The total tuition fee for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course is INR 31.25 lakh. The fee is the sum of the annual programme fee for five years. It does not include a residential fee or any other charges. The programme fee and residential fee are subject to an annual increase of upto 10%. Candidates need to pay the course fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm a seat. Besides, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee of INR 1,000 to apply for BA LLB (Hons) course. One can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes.

Jindal Global Law School accepts LSAT India for providing admission to BA LLB (Hons) course. The schools does not accept any other law school admission test for five-year law course. Apart from LSAT India, aspirants also need to complete Class 12 or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards to apply for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course. Yes, it is possible to get admission to BA LLB through CUET even if you have chosen B.Sc in the first round of registrations. You will need to fill out a fresh application form and select BA LLB as your preferred course.

The current year is 2023, and you passed your 10+2 in 2014. This means that it has been more than 5 years since you passed your 10+2. The minimum eligibility criteria for BA LLB is that you must have passed your 10+2 within the last 5 years.

No, you cannot migrate from Chandigarh University to PU, DU, BHU, or any other NLU for BA LLB. These universities do not allow lateral entry into their BA LLB programs.

The admission in five years BA (Hons) LLB course of UIL PURC are based on CET conducted by PU Chandigarh. The eligibility criteria is given below.

Eligibility: 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST)

Age: Not more than 20 years on 1st August. 

So UIL Ludhiana can be the good option for pursuing BA LLB
