The NLU Kolkata BA LLB (H) admission process starts with the submission of the application form. Interested students are required to apply for the CLAT examination. The form enquires about basic details such as name, phone number, address, education qualification, etc.

After completion of the application stage, students must appear for the exam. Later, students must participate in the CLAT counselling process. Those who get a seat via counselling must complete the document verification and fee payment process.

Students who are offered admissions must pay the fees as per the NLU Kolkata BA LLB (H) fee structure. After filling out the application form for NLU Kolkata BA LLB (H) admissions,  students must participate in the subsequent CLAT counselling process. Those who are allocated a seat are required to pay a certain amount of fee to confirm the admission. As per official sources, the admission fee to submit is INR 15,000. Students may also be required to submit the first installment of the tuition fees.

NLU Kolkata admits students to its BA LLB Hons course based on CLAT scores. As per official sources, up till now, the Consortium of NLUs has released the first seat allotment result for 2026. The CLAT 2026 third allotment list is expected to be published on Feb 5, 2026. Once the results are out, students participating in the admission process must go the official website to check it.
