Well when it comes to north India, NLU Delhi is the best college for B.A. LL.B in terms of placements.

For purpose of CLAT, in order to get the top 5 colleges, you must have a rank under 500 only then you may get an admission in the best colleges for B.A. LL.B. And for the purpose of CLAT you need to prepare all the subjects equally and material from any coaching shall do it. Also some standard books are available which must be consulted.

Well that depends on the examination rules in every university.
However, as a general rule, you need to clear at least 8 papers an year else you would suffer an year back.

The course is integrated course for 5 years and you do not get separate degrees for B.A. And LL.B. But a single degree for both courses at the completion of course after 5 years. You can certainly apply for UPSC but only after 5 years of course. And the degree considered will be the integrated B.A. LL.B. Not B.A. Alone as you do not get a single degree as such.

As of now, you are in your 2nd year. It would be better for you to first give a year and complete your graduation, and then go for LLB, which is a three year course.
