The official IIMT University BA placements report has not been released by the university. However, some insights on the university's BA placements are available in the IIMT University reviews on Shiksha.com. As per a recent review, about 40% to 50% of BA JMC students were placed. The highest package was INR 5 LPA and the lowest was INR 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Zee News, Danik Jagaran and Aaj Tak. Further, around 70% of students got an internship in companies, such as IBM, Amar and Ujala. The top job roles included editor, anchor and photographer.

Around 70% to 80% of students get placed in B.A. course from NIPS Hotel Management Bhubaneswar.
The starting salary offered is Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month and the highest salary depends on the skills of the students. The international salary package offered is 1 LPM to 1.5 LPM.

As per student reviews present on Shiksha, Graphic Era Hill University provides good placements for students enrolled in the BA and BA Hons programmes. As per the reviews, the highest and lowest packages offered during the recent placement drive stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 2.5 LPA. Moreover, the placement rate recoded during recent placements was 70%.

UNIRAJ NIRF report 2023 states that the median package bagged by UG three-year students stood at INR 4.5 LPA. Other than this, as per the report, only 15 students were placed during the 2022 placement drive. Moreover, earlier in 2021, the package offered to UG-three year students stood at INR 2.5 LPA. Students must note that in the absence of BCom placement data, overall UG-three-year placement data has been presented.
