The official IIMT University BA placements report has not been released by the university. However, some insights on the university's BA placements are available in the IIMT University reviews on Shiksha.com. As per a recent review, about 40% to 50% of BA JMC students were placed. The highest package was INR 5 LPA and the lowest was INR 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Zee News, Danik Jagaran and Aaj Tak. Further, around 70% of students got an internship in companies, such as IBM, Amar and Ujala. The top job roles included editor, anchor and photographer.

Around 70% to 80% of students get placed in B.A. course from NIPS Hotel Management Bhubaneswar.

As per student reviews present on Shiksha, Graphic Era Hill University provides good placements for students enrolled in the BA and BA Hons programmes. As per the reviews, the highest and lowest packages offered during the recent placement drive stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 2.5 LPA.
