• Median Salary: The median salary offered to placed graduates from 3-year UG programs was approximately INR 3.99 LPA in 2024.
• Recruiters: The university's placement cell attracts recruiters from various sectors, including banking, finance, education, and retail. Notable companies include Bandhan Bank, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Bank, TCS, Wipro, and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail.
• Typical Roles: Graduates secure roles such as Journalist, Teacher, Human Resource Specialist, Graphic Designer, Executive Assistant, and Customer Relationship Officer. 

• Department Variation: Placement experiences vary significantly by department. Programs with a more vocational or market-oriented focus, such as Mass Communication or the integrated B.A. + M.A. in English/Korean Language, tend to report better placement success and higher packages.
• Focus on Higher Studies/Government Jobs: A significant portion of B.A. graduates chooses to pursue postgraduate education (M.A., B.Ed, M.Ed) or prepare for competitive exams like the UPSC, which means they are not available for immediate campus recruitment.
