Christ University (Deemed-to-be University) offers a plethora of UG and PG programmes. For admission to its various UG and PG programmes, including BTech, BBA, BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), LLM, B Com (Hons) and other courses, Christ Bangalore conducts its own university-level entrance examination CUET.
The university also accepts national-level entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, and GRE for admission to its MBA programme and COMEDK UGET for BTech programme. Candidates seeking admission to Christ University are required to register and appear for the entrance exam for the programme applied for.

Fergusson college has a 50% cut-off from a recognised university/college to apply for the masters program. The admission is based on a common entrance exam conducted by the college. Hi. There would not be a problem in joining psychology as a postgraduate subject. No need to do graduation in this subject. You can take up admission in M.A. Psychology with B.Com degree. Many universities offer this course as a post-graduation subject.

English is a credible degree anywhere and everywhere. Psychology is a modern '-ology' degree and unless you are taking it through to a medical career, is seen by most employers are a much weaker degree. Psychology is not seen as a weaker degree. It's very well respected.
