There is no age limit for doing the LL.B. Course as per a Supreme Court directive passed in 2017. However your parent Colleges will allow you or not after a gap of 29 years is a big question and your College can answer this in better way. Hence its better to pursue the LL.B. Course from its beginning because you have also not given the Ist year of exams. If you are from Maharashtra than MAH LL.B. 3 Years CET is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State is the best platform for LL.B. Course and after passing this you can get best Law Colleges for pursuing the LL.B. Course.

It totally depends on choice and future career plans. Both courses are good. Actually B.A. Is general course in which you can choose subjects as per your choice but in B.A. Honours Political Science you have political Science subject in final year and it is more specialised if you wish to pursue further in that field. It is recommended for IAS aspirants to pursue B.A. Political sciences. Good Luck!
