Motilal Nehru College offers bachelors courses for candidates who hold Higher Senior Secondary Certificate with minimum 45% aggregate marks. Bachelors is offered in Economics, English, Political Science, History, Hindi, Sanskrit, Commerce, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Physical Science. All the eligible candidates would be required to fill in the college admission form available at the college office during the time of admission. All the applicants would be required to submit several documents including class X examination certificate, class X and XII mark sheets, character certificate, class XII provisional certificate, ST/SC certificate/OBC certificate, transfer certificate from school along with the migration certificate (in case the candidate has done their schooling from outside Delhi) and three passport size photographs self-attested by the student. Firstly, you should be more specific about which college you want to be informed. In most colleges, the new session starts from the first week of August.

You should not apply for the reservation seat as you do not have your caste certificate. As when the colleges check your documents, it will be a great risk for your candidature in the college. Therefore, it should not be the option for taking admission, as you don't have any proof.

There are several universities and colleges that offer B.A. Distance education in various subjects. Candidates willing to study the B.A. Programs are required to meet the eligibility criteria for joining the courses. Hi,
Yes, this is the criteria that if you change your stream your some percentage will be deducted. Eligibility % would be aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects.
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as elective subjects.

Obviously, St. Xavier's, Jaipur is the better option in comparison to Commerce College, Jaipur. But it is costly.
