For knowing whether you are eligible for admission or not, all depends on the cut-off. Just see the cut-offs of DU. You will also get 1% girl advantage. I think you will get admission easily.

I would suggest you to go for MBA rather than BBA as MBA will help you to groom your skills, knowledge. You can try in Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad
Jindal Global Business School
Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi
Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
as in some of them you still have few days left for admissions.

As far as my knowledge goes, none of the Indian Universities have any BFA degree course that is offered via the Distance Education Mode.
You can check universities like: Bangalore University
Andhra University Bachelor of Fine Arts
Amity School of Fine Arts
Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts
University of Mumbai
