Different countries have different requirements. Apply for your passport now, you can apply for the study visa only after an university sends you ab admission offer. For UK take the IELTS for English language proficiency and apply via the common application portal called UCAS. You just need yo visit UCAS website to find deadlines and documents etc. For USA you have to take the TOEFL instead of IELTS and very importantly the SAT must be taken.
