Interested eligible candidates are offered admission to the course in India mostly on the basis of the score attained at the 10+2 level. However, some institutes in the country offer the course based on the candidates performance in a relevant institute-specific entrance test. Often subsequently, two additional rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview are held for assessment of the candidates general aptitude for the course. There is a tough chance as you have less percentile but if you try to search, then there maybe colleges who take up students who have scored less than 50 percentile in 12th. You just fill up the forms of colleges and wait for the lists.
