Eligibility (Basic Qualification):
In order to secure admission to the first year of two-year full-time MBA/ MMS program, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Yes, you can do so. Since 2013, UGC has approved two degrees simultaneously, one preferably a distance education and other regular one. In your case, B.Sc from SOL and D.Ed are allowed and both will be a valid degree in same time frame.

If you are doing this Diploma after 10+2 or after 10th but of minimum 3 years and approved by state board of technical education then only you can do it else no. You have to clear 10+2 or any qualification equivalent to that to pursue a graduation programme.
