I think I answered your query on similar subject earlier in the day. Best private job will be available only when you ad for recruitment by private companies. Get yourself registered with a job - site who will keep supplying with suitable jobs.

YCMOU is a university that is recognised by UGC and hence, it's degree is accepted pan India. Hence, have no worries. Your BA from YCMOU is recognised by JNU and you can seek admission for MA there.

I think one has to do B.Sc in maths if aim is to do M.Sc in the same subject. GRE has no relevance. But I am curious that why do you want to pursue M.Sc? What is the harm in doing MA in economics? This too has same weightage.

These days, private sector has almost stopped recruitment for workers and are getting job done via outsourcing. Only jobs available are of officer level and for that, you should try to do MBA to get opportunities.
