Dear,
The eligibility criteria:
Completed class 12th from CBSE or equivalent board with a minimum of 50% aggregate and must have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
As per this, you are not eligible.
Even you can complete your graduation in any stream and then go for LLB programme but in that case, you should have 50% in graduation.
You need to consider other options.

Records of degree certificates are kept by university issuing degree certificate. Copy of same or record may also with college from where you have done your graduation degree. You can get your degree records verified from university or college. Ministry of External Affairs Government of India via its service partners also provides degree certificate verification and attestation services for students going abroad for higher studies.
