MA is the best recommendation. It is the simple continuous of BA. But still, you can switch to other streams like MBA. MBA can give you a good platform to learn from business leaders so that you can start your own business in future irrespective of the specialisation you choose in MBA. Else, you can simply take up a good job in a good company. So, the choice is yours in which field you want to make your career.

If you want to be a BA in English Graduate, thEn you should opt for Hindu college (DU North Campus) and for Mass Communication, I will suggest you to opt GGSIP University rather than DU.

In Delhi University itself there are a number of colleges and courses which do not require maths as a compulsory subject at the plus 2 level. A lot of them, however, require the same as a prerequisite.

For SSC, I will suggest you to study BA rather than B.Sc science. The SSC CGL Syllabus mainly include SSC CGL GK, SSC CGL English, SSC CGL Maths and General Knowledge for SSC CGL
If you wish, you can take B.Sc Mathematics. It will help you a lot.
