You have to go ahead with a decision that keeps your life smooth in changed scenario as you are married now. After BA, you may think for MA for teaching profession. You may think for a government job through competitive exams and for this, you may take coaching from renowned professional Institute after graduation. You can take a distance degree after a year, so that your passing years for both will be different. India has yet not started with the idea of double majors, which is quite common in abroad.

You can do two courses at a time but one course you should do through distance mode & you can't do both courses regular. Moreover, you will have to show one course at a time.
