Many girls / women are suffering due to this. But there is no easy solution. Once you take admission in any college, for whatever reason you want to discontinue, TC from that college is must. Simultaneously once you relocate to area if another University, migration certificate is a must.
You have to approach your previous college

You can do both BA and B.Ed by distance learning from open universities. You may first do BA and then enrol for B.Ed.

The programme duration is of 3-years. Students who have passed 10+2 or intermediate examination are eligible for admission to the program. After a BA degree in psychology, various prospects are available in terms of career across many different sectors.
