Different universities have different admission requirements. At least 55% is recommended, higher the grades the better are your chances. And your admission will depend on your overall application package, recommendation letters and personal statement. IELTS scores will also matter.

In India, there are three main undergraduate education formats for Interior Designing:
Bachelors Degree courses
Diploma courses
Certificate courses
1) Bachelors Degree courses :
BA Interior Design- Duration is 3 years
Bachelor of Architecture Interior Design- Duration is 5 years
Bachelor of Interior Design- Duration is 5 years (CEPT course)
BA Interior Architecture and Design- Duration is 3 years
Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) Interior Design- Duration is 4 years
B.Sc. Interior Design- Duration is 3 year
2) Diploma courses :
Diploma in Interior Design
Diploma in Interior Design and Architecture
3) Certificate courses :
Certificate in Interi

53% is low but you will find options. Ideally 55% and above is required. You must also take IELTS, a score above 6 should be targeted since your academics are not too strong. As per Bar Council of India, the minimum percentage is 45% for SC/ST and OBC category students in graduation if they want to pursue LLB programme.
So accordingly, you are not eligible.
You need to upgrade your grades in Master's degree, you can apply for LLB programme.
