In regular mode, most of the universities have an age bar for Bachelor degree. But for the confirmation, you need to check the particular university and it's eligibility.
Age bar mostly is to maintain law, education because the regulator body designed few rules for the admission.

Below mentioned are the top schools in the world for archaeology:
University of California – Berkeley.
University of Michigan.
Leiden University.
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
University College London.
Harvard University.
SAT and ACT are aptitude tests for admissions into undergraduate programs abroad, mainly in US. Other countries like Canada, Singapore, etc. also requires SAT or ACT and will depend on the university requirement. You must take either SAT or ACT.
There are basic difference between these two tests. SAT has three sections, while ACT has four. The mathematical section in ACT is more varied.

Shifting the career from commerce to arts is not a sign of issue but that sign of interest and that show you are on the track to choose the field based on your calibre and not going to follow the trend.

If you still having doubt to take a call right now then simply apply for BA (Hons) in English take your decision later on.
