As per UGC guidelines, every Bachelor degree having 3 years duration and Master for 2 years. If any university offer less duration Bachelor degree than degree is not valid and University recognition will be questionable.

The cutoff changes every year. The information about last year's cutoff has not been published by the college. Hence, it's not feasible to answer your query. However, you can check the website of the college for any additional information.

You are eligible to continue your studies. Each university mentions as to how many years are normally allowed to complete your graduation. If due to any reason, you could not complete, then you can start all over again.
