BA is a 3 year graduation degree. After completing that, you can pursue career in the field of your interest. If you want to get a decent job in your field, then you can pursue a Master's degree. Master's degree adds more value to your resume and helps you to get a better job.
Teaching field is also a good option for arts candidates.

Yes, you can. As per UGC guidelines, one can pursue 2 different programme from 2 different universities in different study mode.
But you have to check your time management for your study .
