You can go for LLB, Masters in journalism and mass communication, Masters in social work, Masters in political science and Masters in conflict management. Prepare for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, Railway, go for civil service. You have lots of choices and it depends upon your area of interest.

Since you have done BA, you will have to do LLB. There are lots of reputed institutes in India like DU, BHU, JNU and National Law University as well. All of them have their own criteria for admission. You can give BLAT, AILET, CLAT and DU LAW. Don't go for open universities as you won't be able to practice your profession.

You are eligible to appear in Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC after completion of graduation. Division does not matter while appearing for examination but it will definitely impact interview board opinion during Personal Interview phase.

If you are seeking career in PR and Advertising with BA in journalism, it would be better if you try for an internship and get first hand industry experience and accordingly you can switch your career from journalism. The relevant work experience is more vital than degrees.
