Hi. you can opt for either. MBA admissions are neutral to your under graduation. choose a degree course according to your interest. MBA can be done after both.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Vivek, it depends upon the course that you are applying for and the cut off for that course means honours program or simple BA. Check the cut off from different colleges.
Otherwise with this percentage you can apply in some of the good private universities where you can get good placement as well as placement assistance. Some universities are also offering scholarships.
