Hi Akshata! No, CEPT University does not accept JEE Mains B.Arch scores for admission into its undergraduate programs in architecture. CEPT University conducts its own entrance exam called the "CEPT Entrance Exam" (CEE) for admission into its B.Arch programme. However, JEE Mains B.Arch scores may be considered for admission into other architecture colleges in India. It is best to check with each individual college regarding their admission process and eligibility criteria. Wish you all the very best for your future endeavors!
