Yes, you are eligible to take admission in NIT you have to participate in JoSAA counselling to get admission into any IIT or NIT. JoSAA counselling is about to start so keep an eye on the NDT website.

If you are doing B.Arch from a good college like NIT Bhopal then it is the best option. NIT Bhopal provides excellent placement facilities.
