Hi,
Yes, 75% board marks is compulsory for admission in any all india level government colleges. But you keep in mind that it's for only General caste students not others castes. If you belonging from others castes then you need 65% board marks only. Thank you.

Yes, you can get admission here in B.Arch course. As per the information available on VGU website the University offers the following scholarship schemes as under.
1. Merit based scholarship : This scholarship is only for 1st year of the undergraduate programme, except B.Com (ACCA/ Entrepreneurship). The Scholarship will be given only on academic fee. Caution Money, registration fee or any other charges, will be extra. For 2nd year of study and onward, the scholarship will continue only if the student maintains the entry level percentage without any back.
