Considering the last 2 years, data 235/390 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 may secure admission in SPA Bhopal. But, it would also depend on the number of candidates writing the exam and qualifying in it. Also, the new percentile system may work in your favor if you could score 235 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 2019.

So you can definitely go in for B.Arch. Or maybe you can also try B. Plan if you are interested in planning related courses. The best he can do is to collect the admission form, which to the best of my knowledge are distributed only on campus. The forms for management quota (which might be his best bet) gets sold out very quickly. Therefore, now he must contact the college by phone and find out the exact dates.

Yes, NATA examination is compulsory for getting a seat in B.Arch.

The minimum score of 80/200 is required for you to take up Architecture course, anywhere between 100-120 may get you a seat, depends on the higher ranks submitted.
