Yes, they will accept.
The candidates will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college at this score, but you should try for the other good college like SPA Ahmedabad, NID and other private colleges as your score is quite good.

Hi,
You would need a NATA score of 100-120 or JEE paper 2 score of 160-180/390 with a decent class 12th score to get admission in JU.
According to last year cut off,
2013: 1784-5489
2014: 861-4767
They also take admission on the basis of WBJEE rank.
