As you have qualified the NATA exam with a score of 92, so you are eligible to take admission in this architecture college. You should opt for this college. It has a very good curriculum for Bachelor of Architecture.

As you have already appeared for class 12th board exams in the year 2018 and the improvement exam in the year 2019, you can no longer appear for more improvement exams. Also, a student can give the improvement exam only once that also in the succeeding year of their board exams.

No, CET exam scores are not valid for Architecture admission. Architecture admission is through NATA 2019 exam scores/ JEE paper 2 scores along with your class 12th score, based on which KEA CET will announce the rank list for Architecture.
