It is not must for you to write NATA paper. There are many good private universities that offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th, JEE or NATA. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.

A candidate must have passed standard XII (10+2) or its equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum aggregate score of 50% marks from State Boards, CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/ISB/IB and qualified NATA can apply for B.Arch.

If you have done your 10+2 with mathematics with aggregate 50% score and qualified NATA then you are eligible to apply for B.Arch.
