Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course. Then, apply in IPU with the NATA scorecard.

Firstly you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. Yes, if it is a recognized university by Council of Architecture, New Delhi you can do teaching profession in India with a minimum of 2 years of field experience.

There are a lot of good universities in Europe for Bachelor of architecture course in English. Some of the most ranked ones are: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
University of California, Berkeley (UCB)
National University of Singapore

Yes, you can study B.Arch via distance education. Any candidate who is having class 12th pass certificate from recognized institute is eligible for this course.

Yes, with 79% in class 12th, 108 in JEE Mains paper 2 and 216 rank you have a fairly good chance to secure admission in IPU for B.Arch.
