Bachelor of Architecture is a undergraduate technical course study which mainly focuses on the development of the skills which are required to become an Architect. Students learn the process of construction of commercial buildings, malls, complexes, highways construction, and civil construction by applying their innovative ideas and analytical skills. It also includes the theory and practice of designing process and as well as the commercial drawing techniques. Eligibility criteria :- 10+2 with 50% of marks in PCM and valid score of NATA/JEE-Main Paper-2. Eligibility criteria for IITs and NITs:- 10+2 with 75% of marks in PCM and valid score of JEE Main Paper-2. Architecture engineering :- Architectural engineering is a relatively new licensed profession and a result of rapid technology advancement of the Industrial Revolution. Architectural engineers are the engineers that specialize in making buildings. This is a particularly important profession today, since our world is immersed in two major technological revolutions, (1) that of rapidly advancing computer-technology, and (2) the parallel revolution arising from the need to create a sustainable planet. Architectural engineers are at the forefront of both historical opportunities. Architect engineering mainly deal with systems within buildings that require a high level of engineering techniques. This profession differs from architecture in the sense that an architect designs the visual elements, such as floor plans and blueprints. An architect engineer designs the structural components that must remain stable and functional in all kinds of conditions, such as bad weather. This work leads to maximized efficiency and building performance in Structures, Acoustics, Electricity and Lighting.
