Even though your query is not very clear, I assume you are asking about JEE Mains. Right? Results of both papers, cut-offs for various categories are all declared on the same day.

It is typical to confirm you which course have higher cut-offs as it varies every time. It is really typical to confirm you. Both the courses are good in their own respects. The selection of the course depends on the interests of the students. The students who have good skills in drawing and designing can select B.Arch course. A person having good imaginative power can become a good architect.

B.Tech (Civil) and B.Arch are two entirely different courses, where in civil you get work opportunities with construction companies, with B. Arch you get same kind of field but the work you're required to do is limited with designing.
There are many similarities in the course but if you're highly creative and your designing is better then you should opt for B. Arch itself. It's a choice you have to make on the basis of your field of interest.
Meanwhile, you can apply for admissions in any of the two, the admissions are open in many universities,

Answer of this question is already given by Sunil sir but I want to improve your knowledge as the name of the college is BITS Pilani not BITSAT.
BITSAT is the exam conducted by BITS Pilani.

Though 12th marks are not that important but you should get atleast 50 - 60% marks in mathematics which is importat for the eligibility criteria.
