The SPA Delhi JEE Main round 5 closing rank for BArch was 238 for general- all India category candidates, 380 for OBC- all India category candidates and 48 for  ST- all Indian category candidates. ASADI Kochi admission to BArch course is based on NATA score. Aspirants wishing to take admission in merit seats need to follow the instructions of the Commissioner of Entrance examinations for mark and rank uploading. The institute releases a rank list based on academic eligibility and admission interview for seats offered under the management quota.

Amrita School of Architecture offers BArch course for a duration of five years. The tuition fee for the programme is INR 15 lakh. For accomodation, students must pay a separate hostel fee of INR 4 lakh.
