It is very nice to see your query and also your qualifications. You indeed have a very impressive set of qualifications like B.Com followed by MCA and also M Tech in software engineering. Fundamentally speaking, when you want to teach in a college then you should have post-graduation in that or related topic since that is the minimum qualification for a teacher to be recruited for or teaching in colleges. Yes, you are eligible for BCom course in PSG College, Coimbatore. There is nothing like a science student cannot study arts course. So, yes, you can apply for BCom PA course. All the best.
