Additionaly, candidates are required to apply and appear for DOST exam to get admission. The eligibility criteria to get admission into BCom courses at Indian Academy Degree College differs according to the specialisation selected by the candidates. The common eligibility criteria that are common for all BCom courses is candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Rabindranath Tagore University has prescribed the eligibility criteria that BCom aspirants need to fulfil to secure a seat for admission. The criteria require applicants to have completed Class 12 or Junior College, with an aggregate of at least 40%. A relaxation of 5% in the total required aggregate may be given to the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/other reserved category. Once selected, candidates must present the original documents supporting their eligibility to confirm their admission.
