Yes, mathematics is definitely important for BCom (H) but it is not important for BCom (Pass) you can do that if you wish.

Yes, you can pursue B.Com in Jamia Millia Islamia without Maths. Maths is not a compulsory subject.

No, specifically talking about DU colleges. You should have English and Mathematics in 11th and 12th to pursue your B.Com. The other subjects may vary depending upon the stream you choose.
