The eligibility criteria to pursue MCA is graduation. The candidate should have maths in class 11th and 12th as most the colleges ask for it.
There is no age limit to pursue MCA.

For B.Com graduates, accounts and finance are the best options. You can choose management programs, business, hospitality and so on. You may target countries accepting Indian three year degree like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

Yes, it is good to opt for MA instead of M.Com
You can also think about the below mentioned courses:
1. MBA (Finance, international business, marketing, insurance, logistics and supply chain).
2. MA psychology.
3. Public administration.
4. Public policy.
5. International relations.
6. Social work.
7. Bank or railway exams.

There are 2 ways to start your career in the respective sector:
1. You can apply for government bank jobs (submit the form and appear for the test and interview).
2. You can do MBA in finance or marketing and then sit for the campus placement, especially for banks and start your career in the same.
