You can pursue MCA after completing B.Com, but you can pursue M.Sc from regular universities. You can pursue M.Sc in IT after completing B.Com from open universities.

You can pursue MBA in aviation management. Also, you can go for financial analysis course which will be applicable in aviation and other industries also. You can also try for ground staff and pursue courses like cargo and dangerous goods handling but the best option would be MBA in aviation management.
