Yes, you can and It is better for you to do it after B.Com. Because, it will be an added advantage that you will get a background which will help you in pursuing ACCA or CMA. I advice you to get a degree first and then decide.

No, it is not mandatory to write CMAT exam for MBA entrance. You can appear for other exams too like CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA or SNAP to get into premiere B-schools.

Yes, it is a great idea. Instead of doing regular M.Com or MBA in general specialization, interior designing is a good option as there are lots of institution offering this course. You can choose the best college.

No, there is no need of post-graduation to qualify bank exam, but yes, if you want to increase your qualifications then opt MBA.
