Candidates must have scored at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST, OBC- NCL, PwD) in Master's degree or equivalent examination from the university recognised by UGC. IGNOU is a recognised university. So, you are eligible to appear for the NET exam.
Thanks.

You can still write it. You have to contact the university or the principal of the college you've joined so that you'll be getting full details regarding attending your exam.

You can get admission into B.Com on basis of your +2 marks in regular mode and beautician via correspondence. I think you will not be asked for any certificate for this course unless you do it from a recognised institute.

7. PU, Chandigarh Law Department

9. Lucknow University Law Faculty
10. Allahabad University Law Department

Well, let me make it clear that the Gujarat National Law university offers only a 5 year LLB course and a LLM course.
The institution does not have a 3 year course in Law.
So, in order to get admission, you need to apply for a 5 year course in law and admission to which are strictly based on the marks and rank achieved in CLAT.
So, if you want to go for a course in law here, you need to take CLAT and then pursue the 5 year law course.
