Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.

Sorry to say, but you can't get admission for M.Sc IT, because it needs science background. Better think to go ahead in your expertise only. Now a days, there are more opportunities in commerce and business than ever before.
