The eligibility is you should have passed the three years Bachelors Degree from any UGC recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for general category and 45% marks for SC/ST category. Admission procedure for B.Com (Hons.) starts usually in the month of June I. e. after the declaration of the results of HS examination by WBCHSE. A Candidate intending to take B.Com (Honours) course must fulfill the following criteria:

The eligibility for B.Com (Hons.) candidate must have also Commerce/ Economics/ Maths/ Computer Sc./Finance/Financial Markets Management/Vocational courses (related to Commerce) as one of the subjects at 10+2 level with the required percentage.

There is no problem in applying but while applying they will require the final year mark sheet too. Since you are applying for the Jan intake your results might come out by then. So, it's better if you apply once your results have come out. Or you can apply early and let the University know that you

B.Com includes subjects like Accounting, Costing, and Banking etc., while B.Com Computers include Telly, HTML & other computer related subjects.
