Hi Bhanu,
If accountancy was not your main subject and your result carries the title pass than surely you can apply for the course but if it was a main subject and result carries fail than admission is not allowed. Can you please tell me that what is your percentage?
63% including accountancy or excluding it. As the eligibility criteria of college is 45% marks in 12th standard.
Don't worry. All the best for future. Feel free to drop the questions.
Thanks

That totally depends on which college you are applying. Some may consider applied arts while others may not. So firstly, decide on the college and then you can check the eligibility and accordingly, calculate your percentage.

You can continue working and after 3+ years of work experience, pursue a part time MBA in HRM or you could also pick up a Diploma programme from ISTD or Diploma in labour laws. Many institutes also run certification courses ranging up to 6 months in HR & labour compliance. HR is a vast field keeping in India what in it interests you can pick up courses.

6000 rank in CET is not that good a rank but will be sufficient for you to get a seat in a good college. It also depends on the region you are from. 'Good' in this situation is hypothetical. It completely depends on you to choose for yourself
All the best.
