The cut-off is generally around 75% for B.Com course. Still, the cut-off list has not been published yet for 2018 batch.

In order to fulfill the eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Commerce and Accountancy from a recognized board.

The top colleges will release its cut-off list above 90% only, especially in the first cut off. But yes, 87.5% marks is a good percentage, and you do have a chance of getting a good college under DU. If not in 1st cut off, I am sure you can get a good college as the 2nd cut-off list is published.

The answer would be a big no. The cut-off that is going to be released for the top colleges will be above 90% for all the top colleges under DU.
