Personal Interview:
Students (both from reserved and unreserved categories) have to register online at the UG admission portal of DU.
College/Course Selection:
Once the cut offs are announced, students who meet the requisite cut-off have to select the college/course at the admission portal of DU.
Document Verification:
Students have to submit in person the required documents along with the application form to the respective college.
Final Selection:
The college will approve the admission on UG admission portal after which candidates have to make the fee payment.

For general category candidates: 75.00% in aggregate and 60.00% in the related subject.
For OBC-A and OBC-B West Bengal only candidates: 67.50% in aggregate and 54.00% in the related subject.
For SC/ST of West Bengal only candidates: 56.25% in aggregate and 45.00% in the related subject.

No, without passing 12th you cannot pursue B.Com. Even if you manage to complete B.Com, it will cause problem while applying for job as it will not be considered valid.
You can complete your 12th by some open learning school than you can apply for B.Com.
