1) Considering CS as Company Secretary, It is not advisable to go for M.Com as CS is equivalent to it. Also CS is such a professional certification which has a statutory importance for companies in the corporate world.
2) Secondly, if CS stands for Computer Science, than it is advisable to go for M.Com with some specialisation, may be if possible in Computer Science itself. It will be an added advantage for your career.

Yes, you may pursue Masters in journalism after B.Com. Try getting into top colleges as their degree matters a lot and will give you a high paying job afterwards.
