A luxury brand manager in India may earn around RS. 920,000 per year depending on the experience, qualification etc. Abroad salaries will depend on the country you are specifying. After B.Com in marketing for sure MBA in marketing will provide a better future. It is very helpful for a person to do P.G in the same field one has done his graduation. For recruiters also it would very beneficial to select a candidate who has done both graduation and post graduation in the same field.

For bank jobs, one needs to be graduate with atleast 50% marks also he/she needs to appear in bank exams like IBPS or some other and independent exams conducted by banks and need to qualify.
