Job options after B.com is comparatively limited. Even though, students can appear in different competitive exams and get jobs in government organizations, PSUs, Banks etc. B.com is just an entry level qualification to the job market.
If you are financially secure then my recommendation would be to pursue post graduation course or other courses depending on what exactly do you want to do after completing the studies.

A Bachelor of Commerce (abbreviated B.Com. or B.Comm.) is an undergraduate degree in business (or commerce) and related subjects. The degree is also known as Bachelor of Commerce and Administration or BCA.

The B.COM (P) course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honours course.
Also to be eligible for a BCom (Hons.) course you need to have studied mathematics in class XII which is not the case for BCom (pass) in most universities. It is always better to go in for an honors degree particularly if you wish to pursue postgraduate studies in that field.
