Hello Nidhi,
MBA is the best choice for you; it will give you a ladder to get straight entry into higher management. I would like to emphasize on two things, firstly don't get in to any rung institute and secondly the MBA stream which you choose is equally important. If you go for conventional programs like marketing, HR, Finance then the degree won't help you much. As these fields are over saturated so there is no scope left in them. You should go for unconventional programs which are untouched or unexplored like Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, Energy trading etc. For more information about such specializations, visit: http://www.up

CAT DreamerCrack CAT or Nothing

Guide-Level 11

If you want to do MBA from best colleges in India you need to attend entrance exams like CAT and XAT. Cracking Cat exam is very difficult. So thorough preparation is required for CAT. If you don't want to lose one year after graduation in preparing for CAT you can start your preparation in the starting of 3rd year itself. CAT coaching centers like Time and Career launcher are giving coaching for final year students. You can join in those centers or you can study by yourself. CAT scorecard is valid for one year.

Dear Arun,
There are many options available after B.Com i.e. MBA, M.COM, CA, CS etc. You should go according to your interest area so that you can make good career. You can think of doing PG or Masters in your interest area. Good Luck.

All those are not comparable to each other in any way. I think you should take a psychometric test to ascertain what you like actually and whether you have the aptitude to do any of those course.

Dear Diksha,
In my views after B.com, M.A in English will be more favorable than history. M. A. in English will open great career opportunities after masters you are eligible for govt. as well as private sector jobs.
But on other hand if you start preparing for IAS, than a aspiring career is awaiting for you after clearing civil services examination.
