Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences allows BCom students to pick minors from completely different fields. You won't find this at most traditional commerce schools. You could be a finance major with a minor in Psychology or Computer Science. This interdisciplinary mix is a huge advantage for your resume. It shows employers that you have a broad range of skills.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences structures its BCom to provide deeper technical depth in finance and tax. While a BBA is great for general management, this degree is for those who love the core of business operations. You get the same leadership training but with stronger accounting roots. It is the perfect balance for someone who wants to lead a finance team or start their firm.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences sees its BCom graduates moving into diverse sectors like banking, consulting, and fintech. Because of the liberal arts background, students also find roles in marketing and social enterprises. Big accounting firms and multinational corporations value the unique perspective these students bring. You are trained to look at the "big picture," which makes you very attractive to recruiters.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences prepares BCom students for roles like Financial Analyst, Tax Consultant, or Business Researcher. Some graduates even start their own ventures right after college. The training in strategy and entrepreneurship helps a lot with this. You start at a competitive salary level because your skills are so specialized.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences maintains a maximum limit of 20 students for the BCom major. At the same time, at least 5 students are required to offer a specific major for the year. This balanced approach guarantees that your peer group is small enough for mentorship but large enough for meaningful group discussions.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences allows students to choose their BCom major at the end of their first year of study. During the first two semesters, everyone goes through the foundation year courses together. This gives you plenty of time to explore different disciplines before formally committing to commerce in your second year.

Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences accepts scores from the CUET and SAT India exams for BCom admissions. If you have an SAT score of 1260 or above, you don't need to take the online entrance test and go directly to the personal interview. This provides a great shortcut for students who have already excelled in international standardised testing.
